Wholesale Customer Service Specialist - Contract
(Hybrid | $20-$22/hr | Minneapolis Warehouse District)
Contract: Feb 16 - July | Full-Time | Onsite + Hybrid

We are seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Specialist to support a high-volume B2B customer base, manage order communications, and deliver exceptional service for retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service email inboxes with accurate, timely communication.
- Handle B2B customer inquiries, including order status, product questions, and account support.
- Process and manage returns, shipping labels, refunds, and order changes.
- Provide phone-based customer support, including order placement, payment collection, and troubleshooting.
- Track and monitor shipments, order fulfillment, logistics updates, and communicate with carriers.
- Maintain accurate customer data using multiple CRM and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
- Act as a communication link between internal teams, retailers, and reps, ensuring seamless order flow.
- Prepare progress reports, customer forecasts, and service updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends, process improvements, and service enhancements.
- Support general office tasks and jump in wherever needed-team culture is collaborative and flexible.
What We're Looking For
- Previous in-office customer service experience required (B2B customer service strongly preferred).
- Strong order management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort learning and retaining detailed product knowledge.
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or CRM platforms (or willingness to learn).
- Professional, solutions-focused approach to customer issues.
- Must be comfortable in a pet-friendly office (occasional dogs onsite).
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hrs/week)
- 100% onsite during training
- Hybrid schedule available after training (2 days remote / 3 days onsite based on performance)
- Office located in the Minneapolis Warehouse District with modern amenities and great walkability.
- Occasional "summer hours" early-out Fridays may be offered.
Compensation
- $20-$22/hr depending on experience
- Contract role from February 16 - July, with potential extension or conversion depending on business needs.
